I really consider myself fortunate enough to get Tender Touch Daycare in my neighborhood. Both Gloria and Isis are amazing. They are very good, caring, friendly, and generous by nature. My son has been going there for a year and I simply can’t imagine a better place for him. Earlier my son used to go to a different daycare, which was much more expensive than this one. But in that place he never used to be as happy as he is now. I am surprised to see that few people gave some negative reviews abo ut them. As per my experience, they are “the best». … – ver

I am very happy that we have found Gloria and Isis. My daughter was 3 years old when she started at this daycare and since day 1 she was happy to attend. They provide good food, nice environment for playing, in and outside activities. My daughter was kind of shy and with them she started to talk more and learned to share her experiences. Kids are taught to be more independent and to help each other. I have seen how my daughter helped younger kids with their shoes and food. My daughter is now in Pre-k but she still asking if she can go and stay with Gloria and Isis instead. Thanks for the support to our family … – ver

Imagine as first time parents the angst we had in choosing a dayarea. We wanted a place that was safe, educational and close to home. All our worries were put aside when we found Tender Touch Daycare. It’s a nurturing, homelike environment where the daycare providers care for the children as well as teach them new things everyday. They have open play as well as learning, indoor and outdoor acitivties, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, the list can go on. The kids are always actively engage d and we love to hear the new things our son is experiencing. Our son has been there since he was a year old and in September he will be starting pre-k. So suffice to say, we love this daycare! On a personal note, they really helped with my son’s transition from diapers to being fully potty trained. We are expecting our second child this year and there is no doubt we will enroll him in this daycare when the time comes. … – ver

Very dissatisfied, I don't recommend this place to anyone. The Fist week my child had a bump in her lip
they stated my child «fell». But then my Wife showed up unannounced and found my daughter excluded from the group crying in a corner. » they abuse the «time out» behavior consequence used to manage behavior. In another occasion my child had another bumb on her head.

My child is not party trained and it seemed like they were fustrated because we did not bring in the training diaper due to fina ncial issues and they starved my child the hole day, I noticed when my child was visible anxious and despret to put some food in her mouth. As a Behavior Science Expert i was able to determined they had starved her in order not to change her diaper.

The Next day I asked them why was my child so hungry after I picked her up? They repplied that my child did not like «Pasta» but notice that they did not tell me anything, they only repllied because I was able to Identify that my child did not eat while she was in daycare, usually the provider is obligated to provide a different option of food if the child does not
Want that particular food.

I do not recommend this day school.

I just called for the first time and the woman who answered the phone, was very mean, I have no interest to even meet them.

Mixed Reviews here don't know whether to schedule a walk through or not. The 2nd Story sounds very Authentic.

I totally disagree with the negative comment against the owner of Tender Touch Day Care. My son used to go to this place since he was 10 months old till his 4 yrs old. We never had any problem with them. They're very caring and loving people. They provided my son good quality care and they treated my son like their own. Through tender touch day care my son behave well and grew up as a smart kid. I will highly recommend Tender Touch Day care to all parents out there. The negative accusations tow ards Tender Touch Day Care have no basis and not true!!! =P … – ver

Our daughter has been going to Tender Touch daycare since she was 8 months old. Over one year later, and she's still going. She has grown into an amazing child and is certainly very, very happy there. Gloria and Isys are caring and have been consistently professional, we love them. We have a very good experience with Tender Touch.
All i can say is they have done nothing but be a wonderful place for my child to spend her early years.I will be sad when it is time for her to leave.

I have a very good experience with Tender Touch. They took care of my son since he was 1 1/2 years old and it was such a wonderful time for him that now we started sending our daughter since she was just 3 months old. We never had a bad experience with them. The only time we had a problem is when a little kid started biting our little daughter before she was able to walk; the day care warned the parents until repeated incidents provoked the child's dismissal. The relationship is more than profes sional and the personnel is very lovely and caring with the kids. … – ver

Gloria Nunez is a fake and a liar. She cannot handle the children. She yells at the kids (I've seen it first hand). She will tell you one thing and do another so don't expect to ever see your refund because she will make up lies (unless you want to spend your money on getting a lawyer) She doesn't accept checks (makes you wonder if she reports it to the IRS) she refused to give her Tax ID #…hmmm sounds shady to me. She bluntly told me she has no patience to handle a 2 year old and has sent my child home with diaper rashes, dirty and she will deny any and all accusations. My child also came home saying that she called him a «bad boy» yelling. She talked to me about the other children's backgrounds and putting them down (makes me wonder what she says about my child and his family) DO NOT TRUST THIS DAYCARE. SHE IS ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY…HENCE THE REASON SHE REFUSES TO REFUND AND WANTS TO GET ALL GHETTO OVER $180.00. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD, KEEP HIM/HER AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. MY SON IS SO MUCH HAPPIER NOW THAT HE'S NO LONGER IN THAT ATMOSPHERE … – ver
